Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 March 2026

1. Digital Products — No Refunds

All Tratwo digital products — including itinerary plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) and visa consultation services — are non-refundable once purchased. This applies regardless of whether the itinerary has been viewed or the consultation has been scheduled.

2. Technical Failure Exception

If Tratwo fails to generate your itinerary due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests under this exception must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@tratwo.com with your order details.

3. Convenience Fee

The 5% convenience fee charged on travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Flight & Hotel Bookings

Cancellations and refunds for flights and hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline or hotel at the time of booking. Tratwo will communicate these terms clearly before confirming any booking. We do not override supplier policies.

5. Elite Plan

The Tratwo Elite annual plan is non-refundable. If you cancel your Elite plan, you retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.

6. Consultation Add-Ons

Consultation add-ons purchased for additional travellers are non-refundable. Unused add-on units carry forward and do not expire.

7. PASSPORT500 Coupon

The PASSPORT500 coupon discount is non-refundable and has no cash value. If a purchase made using PASSPORT500 is refunded under the technical failure exception, the refund will be for the amount actually paid (i.e., after the Rs.500 discount).

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the technical failure exception, email hello@tratwo.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your order ID]". Include your email address, the date of purchase, and a description of the technical issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
