Tratwo is operated by J M Mehta Travel & Tour Co Pvt Ltd, No. 44, 2nd Floor, Oasis Industrial Complex, Nehru Road, Vakola, Santacruz East, Mumbai 400055. When we say "Tratwo", "we", "us" or "our", we mean this entity.
We collect your email address for authentication. When you use the trip planner, we collect your travel preferences, destination, travel dates, group size, interests, budget, and passport details. If you use the Passport feature, we collect your visited countries and any child sub-profiles you create. We also collect usage data to improve the product.
Your data is used to generate personalised itineraries, provide visa intelligence, enable group collaboration, send transactional emails (magic links, itinerary confirmations, collaboration invites), and improve our AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your trip details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate itinerary content. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store raw prompts beyond what is necessary for session continuity.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery purposes.
Parents may create sub-profiles for minor children. These profiles are linked to the parent account. No separate email is collected for minors. Child profiles can be claimed by the minor upon turning 18.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@tratwo.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@tratwo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Tratwo after changes constitutes acceptance.
